£250.00 £0.00

Naked Furniture – Available for Bespoke Commission

A beautifully proportioned mid-century Beeanese tallboy, ready to become a completely individual piece designed especially for your home.

With five generously sized drawers, elegant curves and some wonderful original details, this vintage chest has all the character I look for when choosing furniture for my Naked Furniture collection.

The solid wood drawers feature traditional dovetail joints and are beautifully clean inside, while the original Beeanese maker's mark remains in one of the drawers. Decorative carved detailing and fabulous original drop handles add even more character.

Your Furniture, Your Design

This is where the fun begins.

The starting commission price of £525 includes full preparation and a professional hand-painted transformation in one colour of your choice, retaining and restoring the original handles wherever possible.

Or we can take the design much further.

Choose contrasting colours to highlight the tallboy's beautiful curves and architectural details; introduce GILD metallic accents; add stencilling or hand-painted florals; line the drawers with a fabulous designer wallpaper; or combine several elements to create something completely unique.

We can work with colours and details already within your room, a favourite wallpaper or fabric, or simply start with a feeling you'd like the finished piece to have.

The possibilities are deliberately open — your finished tallboy doesn't need to look like anybody else's.

Two of the original handles are missing, so complementary replacements will be sourced and incorporated sympathetically into the final design.

Bespoke Transformation – From £525

The starting price includes:

  • The vintage Beeanese tallboy
  • Thorough preparation and any necessary minor repairs
  • A professional one-colour painted finish
  • The option to highlight the dovetail joints
  • Cleaning and restoration of the original hardware

Additional colours, metallic finishes, stencilling, hand-painted decorative work, designer wallpaper, replacement hardware or other bespoke details can all be incorporated and will be individually quoted once we've discussed your ideas.

Nothing additional will be undertaken or charged for without being agreed with you first.

Reserve This Piece

If you've fallen for the shape and character of this tallboy but don't yet know exactly how you'd like it to look, that's absolutely fine.

A £250 reservation deposit secures this one-of-a-kind piece for you and allows us to move on to the exciting part — creating its new look together.

We'll discuss your home, colours, style and ideas before I develop the design with you. Once everything has been agreed, I'll confirm the final commission price before the transformation begins.

Your deposit will be deducted from the final balance.

Delivery

Collection from Stotfold SG5 can be arranged, or delivery is available locally and throughout England.

Delivery is not included in the commission price and will be quoted separately according to your location.  Please provide your postcode for a accurate quote.

It's all in the detail.
