MINI DRINKS CABINET in Art Nouveau design "Lucille"

This Art Nouveau inspired cabinet, called Lucille, could be used as a bedside or lamp table, but she is really a drinks cabinet for one (or possibly two) with a little extra 'ooh la la' and would be a very stylish addition to any room in your home.

This oh so elegant cabinet has space for half a dozen full size bottles, whether you prefer gin, wine or prosecco ... there's room for all your favourites!  Her gilded drawer is ideal for storing drinks coasters, bottle openers and cocktail stirrers and there is a narrow shelf space below, providing extra storage for a small tray.   Lucille can even hold your glasses for you!  There is space for two wine glasses on the hanging rack below the shelf. 

This solid wooden cabinet is certainly a vintage lady, but in excellent condition for her age.   The drawer and oh so cute feet are gilded with metal leaf and sealed, ideal for every day use.  The drawer dovetail joints have been given the Shel's Shabby Chic treatment, enhanced with gilding to show off their craftsmanship.  Lucille has been decoupaged with an Alphonse Mucha print (Champenois), hand blended and finished with a rather beautiful, highly detailed drop handle. 

Professionally prepped, primed and hand painted in Fleur's Greta (a deep green with just a touch of teal blue) paired inside with a dusky pink (a custom mix using Annabell Duke mineral paints) giving a smooth brush-stroke-free look, finished with satin varnish inside and out for extra protection.

At the end of a long day, throw your keys in the bowl, turn off your phone, kick off your shoes, pull up a chair and let Lucille treat you to your favourite tipple.  Who wouldn't want a little ooh la la in their life!
