You are most welcome to collect your handmade creations or furniture from my studio in Stotfold SG5.  I would love to meet you!  Please call or email me at so that we can arrange this.

Delivery Times

I take great care creating and then packing up my handmade items before sending them out to you.  I am a sole trader, not Amazon, so I do need 2 to 3 days to process your orders. If you are in a rush for something please email me before purchasing and, if I can, I will get a wriggle on your order for you.


SMALL and MEDIUM items (weighing up to 2kg and either £20 or £30 in value) will be sent by Royal Mail:

We obtain proof of postage for every parcel.  This service is not trackable.  If you require a Signed For service, please add it to the Note when you order and I will send you an invoice for the additional cost.

PARCEL2GO or an equivalent service will be used for heavier or more expensive items (weighing upto 5kg) on a 3-5 day service.  Parcel2Go are a network of nationwide parcel services including UPS, DPD, Parcel Force and Evri:

All services are fully insured and trackable.


I have a network of specialist furniture couriers who offer 1-man delivery nationwide.  They deliver to ground floor level and may require your assistance, depending on the size and weight of your furniture. 

2-man delivery is available at a premium, so please contact me for a quote.  If you live in Highlands/Devon/Cornwall/Northern Ireland please contact me with your postcode before purchasing, so that I can obtain the best quote for you.

Processing/delivery times for furniture can vary, depending on the courier, the size of furniture and your location.  Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your furniture. My courier will contact you direct and keep you informed.  


I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packing and unused.  A refund will only be offered after the item is returned and inspected.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom orders; for example, customised commissioned furniture, wallpaper coasters or personalised items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can  work with you to put things right.  Contact with details and photos.

To return your item 
Once your return is approved, carefully pack up and post your item to:

Please include your name, address, email and order number.

If you have simply changed your mind, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.  Shipping costs are not refundable. 

If the item is faulty, once returned and inspected, I will refund your return shipping costs along with your refund, via your original payment method within 2 working days.

For higher priced items (over £50) we recommend using a fully insured, trackable service when you return your item.
